  • Roles and Responsibilities (Customer experience as a top priority)

  • Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.
  • Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, capacity planning and launch reviews.
  • Enabling effective alerting and monitoring for application services which should help to identify issues or potential service degradation before customer reports the same.
  • As part of go live readiness, building best of the class telemetry/alerting/monitoring around production services with use of tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, BlazeMeter, Shell scripting etc but not limited to.
  • Setting up effective Health Dashboards and Reporting around services for internal/external stakeholders based on requirement

  • Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding

  • Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to help debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
