Job Description

5+ years related experience as a business analyst with working experience in CREW or Airline Operations Management or similar experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience strongly desired.
Programming with object facing language such as Java/C#/Delphi/etc
Business requirement analyze with logic thinking and logic drill breakdown
Proven Analytical skills.
Good understanding of database concepts and working knowledge of SQL & basic understanding of Linux and Windows platform
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Java applications
Basic knowledge of Unix commands
Must be organized and be able to multi-task and work in all areas as needed
Prior experience/knowledge on Cloud platform is an advantage
Proficient English written and oral communication skills.
Identify problems and be able to determine when appropriate escalation is required
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Ability to identify problems, root causes and apply solutions proactively
