The Content Engineering (CE) - Estimates Integration group is responsible for the integration and development of FactSet's global broker estimates dataset, FactSet Estimates.
FactSet Estimates is a high-profile and high-usage (billions of requests from clients) product.
As a Software Engineer within the Content Engineering FactSet Estimates Integration team you will be working as part of an agile team of 4 engineers developing and deploying our FactSet Estimates product and codebase, as well as contributing to both.
The stacks involves ingestion of data from FactSet Estimates Collections, normalizing it, and presenting it to users and clients in a meaningful way.
The project spans a wide range of technologies and platforms, including Microsoft SQL Server databases, windows-based services written in C#, and online C++ code for consuming those services. There is a large amount of client demand.
The role includes on call responsibilities.
Essential Requirements
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Relational database experience (MySQL, SQL Server, or a similar RDBMS)
Demonstrated technical ability in C# .Net/.Net Core , ASP.Net and Python
Willingness to participate in rotating on-call duties for data services

Experience building APIs
Experience AWS Technologies
Experience of the engineer should be 3 - 5 years in expected technology stack.
