Job Description

As a Core team member, you should be familiar with best practices of infrastructure (on premises/cloud) deployment for production grade environment and good to have Devops skills to automate application deployment/management for deployed environment and production monitoring team on customer premises. Here are some examples of what your day could look like:



-Single Point of contact for the end customer or IDEMIA core team for all support-related queries with in support scope.
-Working on customer ITSM tool post resolution of support query from customer.
-Helping team with production deployment of new application/application patch for an existing application and Lead application qualification from UAT till production deployment.
-Actively Part of quarterly/ yearly audit compliance. Guiding deployment team and monitoring team from time to time for improvement and providing/arranging help for the team by coordinating with different teams. Part of DC/DR activity at customer premises
