Job Description

Provide expertise in ServiceNow platform and Integration design to meet business requirements
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
Understand the business needs & the needs to standardize processes, & build this into the design
Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project
Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, GRC, DevSecOps
