Job Description

Must have experience in preparing functional requirement, working with use cases, business process modelling, and preparing use case or sequential diagrams.
Document detailed user requirements, provide clarity for the Development and QA functions.
Lead workshop session with the customer and onsite team to capture the requirement and effectively document them.
Should analyze business domains, create software process and data flows diagrams.
Should translate business requirements into software requirements.
Deliver elements of system designs, including data migration rules, business rules and prototype.
Self-starter with leadership skills to take charge of or facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Basic knowledge of web development will be an advantage.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
