Job Description

As a LabVantage LV LIMS senior developer, you will be responsible for the overall support and development of the GxP/business critical globalLIMS system (Laboratory Information Management System). You will be technically leading the team of support analysts and developers, providing support in day-to-day support operations and also during development activities. As per the project requirement you may need to work as an independently LabVantage LV LIMS consultant with project team to develop new interface with globalLIMS system.

Helping the team to investigate day-to-day incidents on the globalLIMS system and identify root cause for problems following the ITIL(information technology infrastructure library) processes and You will drive and participate in activities related to implementation of system enhancements.
Work on issues related to LabVantage LV LIMS, LVConnect, SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Bartender applications with vendors and supporting interfaces with other systems.
Lead the team to perform periodic ITCP (Information Technology Continuity Planning) testing, demonstrate pro-activeness and ownership. Enhancing good team spirit and high degree of knowledge sharing to build the competency.
Work on application development for bug fixes, application enhancements and responsible in carrying out end to end release management cycle of the application.
Create/update related documentation and Conduct IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), PQ (Performance Qualification) testing.

Qualifications

You will be holding a bachelor’s or masters' degree in relevant field with 5 to 9 years of experience in leading system support and development teams of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) configured on LabVantage LV LIMS.
Excellent laboratory business process understanding and demonstrative pro-activeness and ownership.
Good communication and collaborative skills.
Knowledge of Oracle database, Java and related LabVantage LV8 technologies used for development and support of LabVantage solution.
Pharma domain experience preferred.
Open for business travel.
