-Work in Highly challenging cloud environments.
-Work on critical, highly complex customer environments which span across multiple cloud services.
-Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and escalations.
-Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions and provide RCA and permanent fix.
-Work on 24X7 environments with Rotation On call support.
