Job Description

-Own the technology aspects of the product team’s strategy to ensure and feature development aligns with product goals.
-Involved hands-on in all aspects of SDLC process.
-Lead engineering and solution architecture efforts.
-Member of the Product Build Leadership team, accountable for project prioritization, capacity planning, and the development and communication of goals and objectives to stakeholders.
-Represent development team in customer-facing discussions.
-Collaborate with external technology partners to onboard them for projects.
-Responsible for career development of the team.
-Drive innovation in our process and delivery methods, ensuring consistency across projects.
