and activations for six business verticals within Commercial Bank: Agri Business Group , Microfinance, Commercial Vehicle Loans, Commercial Equipment Loans, Tractor & Crop loan divisions and Gold Loans
• Lead and motivate the marketing communications and regional marketing team
• Strategise and collaborate with the Product/Business teams to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for existing products and services while coming up with new marketing ideas
• Devise D2C (Direct-to-Customer) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
• Manage and execute digital campaigns including email, social media, search engines, aimed at Direct-to-Customer acquisition model using social media marketing, SEO and SEM
• Develop content strategies for traditional and digital marketing channels, and content marketing and distribution platforms
• Oversee the execution of a variety of content marketing activities - thought leadership, website blogs, webinars and videos
• Responsible to plan and execute the regional marketing and communications strategy and deliver campaigns that drive brand, reputational and commercial growth
• Supervise on-ground marketing events and ensure all activations are in line with the Bank’s overall marketing strategy
• Responsible for internal communications as well as working with the CXO on their communication tactics
• Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to craft a marketing and communications strategy in line with the business goals
• Be responsible for the direction, output and performance of the creative agency

• Minimum 15 + years of relevant work experience
• Experienced in on-ground marketing activations, internal and/or external communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good creative skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects at once, and work well under pressure
• Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, and interact with all levels of management
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
• Profound ability to multi-task and prioritize among several projects and initiatives
• Working cross-functionally and experience with ambiguity and managing complexities
• Excellent ATL and BTL marketing competence
Education:
• MBA/Post graduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
