Pruthvi Nanjappa

Chief Executive Officer
Pruthvi Nanjappa has over 2 decades of experience in Human Resources field in the IT industry across India, APAC and North America regions, where he has worked with large MNC’s like Novell, Intel, Microsoft, ANZ, NESS Technologies and MetricStream.

As a HR leader, Pruthvi is best known for architecting the HR Strategy. As a true all- rounder, he has deep exposure to all key areas of HR including mergers & acquisitions, compensation & benefits, change management and talent management.

Pruthvi is passionate about tech adoption in Human Resources. He has been championing the cause of HR process improvement through technology and innovation. Though he is data-driven in his approach but maintains a unique sense of reasonability. He has coped and overcome the rigours of acquiring the right people, building strong processes and deploying world class tools to create sustainable frameworks of excellence.

Pruthvi is a science graduate with a PG in management from Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME). He is an ICF-certified coach.

Pruthvi has held Director-level responsibilities in his career and has a strong understanding of a firm’s core business. Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, he draws upon his business acumen and instincts to provide purposeful leadership.

Pruthvi is often referred to as a solution-oriented leader. His out-of-the-box approach to problem solving defines his leadership style. is poised to become a shining example of his vision and innovation in the talent management space.


Manjunath R

Chief Operations Officer
A management graduate from Bangalore University with over 17 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, Manjunath has enabled global and Indian organizations that include large and start-up organizations, acquire talent across technology, product development and services.

Manjunath has a track record of hiring and retaining top talent for MNCs and Indian firms. Passion for people has helped in building high performance teams, which consistently exceeded organizational expectations.

Manjunath advises organizations on effective talent acquisition and talent management strategies. He enjoys head hunting and has honed the fine art of identifying and hiring exceptional talent.


Sharad Heda

Business Advisor
Sharad Heda specializes in being a Business Advisor to companies desirous of achieving and managing industry leading growth. He brings a unique combination of managing high tech organizations for over three decades and being a certified CEO Coach - focusing on developing leaders and building organizations in tandem - thereby creating a double barrel impact. 

In his Corporate career, he played a pivotal role in Microland’s ( growth and transformation journey since its formative days(1992-2022), by building the company brick by brick and adorning multiple hats including that of CFO, CHRO, COO, Chief Automation Officer, CEO- Global Tech Support and President – India and Middle East 

In his last stint as Chief of Staff at Microland, he led strategic projects of high importance, mentored senior leaders, and co-owned achieving the midterm and long-term goals with the CEO – thus readying the organization to achieve its $1 Billion ambition. 

Before Microland, Sharad worked with Wipro ( for nine years (1983-1992), where he set up India’s first and most successful partner channel for computers and built its “Little Genius” line of highly successful PCs. 

He has been an Assessor for CII’s prestigious “Excellence in Business Management” program (1996-1999) and Vice-Chair, NASSCOM’s IT services council (2016-18) and umpteen.  

Currently, he serves as a Business Coach to multiple growth stage companies, engages as a Leadership Coach to CXOs of large corporates, serves as an Independent Director of listed and unlisted companies and is a visiting faculty at prestigious Higher Education Institutions.  

Sharad is a Trustee at Microland Foundation and Advisor at Indian School of Development Management ( , doing his bit in giving back to the society and finding ways of deploying wealth for social good.  

Sharad is a Gold Medalist in Electronics Engineering from VNIT, Nagpur (1977-1981) and rank holder in M.M.S. from JBIMS, Mumbai (1981-83).
