Engage customers to arrive at best suited process/procedure to fulfil the requirements.
Establish mutually agreed parameter while commencing the search activity.
Evaluate and onboard candidates for the team.
Ensure daily reports & submissions of profiles.
Follow up with clients for timely interview / feedback.
Maintain list of hired candidates follow up to ensure joining/onboard.
Advice on billing & collection
