The individual will be responsible for revenue management, customer engagement, business development and managing a team of 4-5 recruiters.
Responsibilities for Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter:
Engage customers to arrive at best suited process/procedure to fulfil the requirements
Establish mutually agreed parameter while commencing the search activity
Supervise the recruiting team & their performance
Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
Evaluate and onboard candidates for the team
Ensure daily reports & submissions of profiles are met
Follow up with clients for timely interview / feedback
Maintain list of hired candidates follow up to ensure joining/onboard
Advice on billing & collection
Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of social media and professional networks
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
