Job Description

Proven work experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Excel and reporting is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst

Roles and responsibilities:
To quality check completed virtual interviews and provide approvals
To communicate internally with other teams to get the cases with anomalies rectified
To meet the set target of clearing quality check on a daily basis
