Curtal is an AI-based RPO & Talent Management Platform with a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that leverages Artificial Intelligence to streamline the recruitment process for organizations. Curtal offers a range of AiMl products and features from sourcing to onboarding.

We are looking for an impactful Senior Backend Developer (NodeJS), who adopts a hands-on approach and loves to build scalable, distributed, and large web / mobile products.
Candidate must be an excellent problem solver who is passionate about learning and implementing web technologies.
Candidate would be responsible for designing the architecture, reviewing the code, building the technology, and deploying web/mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

- Own the product development from scratch.
- Architect scalable, distributed, and large-scale web and mobile solutions.
- Coding for fresh development and troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

Good To Have:

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science or a related technical field from a premier college.
- 4+ years of work experience as a developer with strong knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js
- Hands-on skills working with No-SQL databases (MongoDB).
- Experience in writing Node.Js applications and frameworks such as Express.
- Good understanding of Elasticsearch and Redis.
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, and cutting-edge technologies around server-side development.
- Customer-focused with good multi-tasking capabilities having experience working in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.
